Refund policy

All sales are final.

Since we are a small business, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges for purchases unless we are at fault. 

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (madebymoonmaid@gmail.com)

We are not responsible for stolen/missing packages. Contact your local post office if the package is marked as delivered and has not yet arrived. 

The buyer is responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. By making a purchase on our site you agree to pay all applicable fees. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment fee. 

Please let us know if you'd like an address change and we will do our best make necessary updates. However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made for orders shipped prior to the request.
